Brantley Commercial Partners, LLC, was founded in 2011 by Cooper Brantley, Jr. Early in his career, he worked at Atlanta’s Alan Joel Partners commercial real estate firm and Costar real estate information company before moving to Greensboro, where he worked for Carter & Associates real estate and then Lincoln Harris. In 2004, he joined Brantley Properties, where he served as vice president and partner until 2011. During his tenure at Brantley Properties, his focus was on office leasing, investment sales, and raising equity for multi-family acquisitions.
Cooper Brantley, Jr., formed Brantley Commercial Partners, LLC in 2011 with a similar focus to that of Brantley Properties, but he aligned the new firm with Certus Partners, LLC, to help raise equity for development of upscale apartment communities.
Mr. Brantley, Jr., attended Virginia’s respected Woodberry Forest High School, then earned his bachelor’s degree at the University of Georgia. He is an active supporter of Habitat for Humanity and a corporate sponsor of “Reelin’ for Research,” which supports children’s cancer research at the University of North Carolina hospital system.
